(AET) announces the hire of Eric Oleson, Environmental Professional. Chippewa Falls, Wis. – American Engineering Testing, Inc. (AET), a leading engineering consulting firm, hired Eric Oleson as an environmental professional. Eric brings over 20 years of experience in environmental consulting at sites throughout the Midwest, Louisiana, and Alabama. His experience includes on-site and project management of numerous spill prevention and countermeasure control (SPCC) plans, Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments (ESAs), asbestos inspections, and lead inspection assessments. Eric earned his bachelor’s degree in industrial technology from the University of Wisconsin-Stout in Menomonie, Wisconsin. Prior to joining AET, he served as the site safety supervisor and office health and safety coordinator at Tetra Tech. Eric has focused his career on asbestos inspections, hazardous materials assessments, and consulting within Wisconsin’s Petroleum Environmental Cleanup Fund Award (PEFCA) program. Notable assignments include serving as an environmental scientist for the Enbridge pipeline spill, Hurricane Katrina emergency response, and Cedar Rapids, Iowa, flood response. Eric will continue to draw upon his environmental engineering knowledge and experience to serve AET’s clients throughout Wisconsin. Eric is married with three children and resides in Chippewa Falls.
