American Engineering Testing, Inc. (AET) announces the promotion of Robert Wahlstrom, P.E., P.G. to Principal Environmental Engineer

Saint Paul, Minnesota – Robert Wahlstrom joined AET in 2002 as a Senior Environmental/Geotechnical Engineer. He managed the Duluth office from 2005 to 2008 and successfully merged two Duluth offices into one profit center when AET acquired GME Consultants in 2006. Robert returned to Saint Paul in 2008 to assist the St. Paul office with his combined geotechnical and environmental engineering expertise for the Saint Paul Port Authority’s Beacon Bluff redevelopment of the former 3M campus in east St. Paul. He has also been successful at providing these combined services for other large brownfield projects.

Mr. Wahlstrom will continue serving clients with his geotechnical and environmental expertise for brownfield and greenfield developments. He will also continue to assist the Duluth office with their special needs for geotechnical and environmental expertise.

Robert has a Bachelor of Geological Engineering from University of Minnesota, School of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Minnesota Duluth. He has over 30 years of experience in the Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental, and hydrogeologic industry. Robert resides with his family in Eagan, MN.
