Complete Airport Engineering and Testing Services

Arrow

Runways, taxiways, terminal buildings and parking facilities are examples of airport projects that we tackle at AET. We consult with the Federal Aviation Administration, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, state and local government, contractors and civil design engineers for airport expansion projects or to investigate runway and taxiway distress throughout the Upper Midwest and the United States. Our Petrography Group has also evaluated runway materials at U.S. bases around the world.

AET provides geotechnical engineering, environmental, construction materials testing, forensic and nondestructive testing services, to name a few, on airport projects. We work at many of the smaller airports throughout our service area in the Upper Midwest as well as some of the larger regional airports. Our Environmental Group has performed several projects at the Minneapolis St. Paul International Airport, one of the largest in the region. We have also worked on projects at the Rapid City and Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and Duluth, Minnesota, airports in addition to some of the larger Air Force bases like Minot FB, Grand Forks AFB and Ellsworth AFB.
