American Engineering Testing, Inc. (AET) recognizes the importance of career growth and advancement for its employees. AET prides itself on the expertise and technical knowledge of its staff; criteria used by our clients to select engineering service providers. Therefore, employees at every level of the organization are encouraged to continue their education through the company paid Tuition Reimbursement Program.
AET also conducts a series of corporate training seminars through our AET University (AETU) on an annual basis. These professional and technical seminars are led by in-house and outside speakers. The content and format are designed to meet continuing education requirements for maintaining professional registrations.
We strongly support memberships in professional, technical, and trade organizations by paying for annual membership dues. AET promotes active participation in these organizations. Many of our employees go on to make presentations at professional conferences as well as publish in trade journals.
Certifications are an important part of ensuring our staff is technically superior. As such, AET strongly encourages employees to pursue certifications relative to their position and pays the fees upon successful completion.
Through these activities, AET has the dual advantage of being able to effectively respond to our customers while at the same time enhance the quality of services we provide.
